DeVos Place convention center is located in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids, MI on the beautiful Grand River. DeVos Place is ideally equipped for meetings, conventions and trade shows as well as performing arts and touring events, and has the capability of hosting a variety of events simultaneously. The multilevel DeVos Place provides flexible and functional space with 1 million square feet of new and renovated space on a 13-acre riverfront site. It boasts a 162,000 square-foot pillar free Exhibit Hall, a 40,000 square-foot Ballroom and twenty-six sub-dividable meeting rooms with over 32,000 square feet of breakout space.

Located inside DeVos Place is DeVos Performance Hall, the 2500-plus seat performing arts theater that features performances from The Grand Rapids Symphony, Broadway Grand Rapids, The Grand Rapids Ballet, and Opera Grand Rapids. DeVos Performance Hall provides an intimate setting for these Grand Rapids performing arts groups as well as other touring concerts, comedy shows and family shows.

Grand Rapids boasts 13 hotels and 2,500 committable guest rooms downtown, including three hotels (1,200+ rooms) connected to DeVos Place via skywalk. The newly renovated Gerald R.
